Our Pivot Program is designed to provide highly structured days anchored to educational tasks, various vocational exploration opportunities, and incorporating basic life skills, with the intent to encourage our youth to discover the areas of education or future employment they are most passionate about when their time with us comes to an end.

The teenagers in the Pivot Program are tasked with taking ownership of their actions and providing accountability for their decisions while developing their understanding of naturally progressive outcomes tied to those decisions and igniting their motivation toward becoming an agent of positive change in the community.
