Through Holiday Hopes at The House of the Good Shepherd, you can help bring holiday wishes to life for the more than 600 children and families we serve. From cozy winter coats and favorite toys to holiday meals and everyday essentials, your generosity helps make the season brighter for children and youth in our care and the families receiving our services.

Maya, Age 6
Maya's face lit up when she saw her brand-new Minnie Mouse winter coat. Donated through a community coat drive benefiting children served by The House, it was both something Maya needed and something she loved. She couldn't wait to put it on, proudly showing it off to her foster family and looking forward to wearing it to school. For Maya, a warm winter coat became a gift that felt like it was chosen just for her.
Sofia, Age 12
Sometimes the best gift is having the freedom to choose. That's what made an Amazon gift card so meaningful for Sofia. She loved looking through all the possibilities and deciding exactly what she wanted. Holiday Hopes gave Sofia more than a present. It gave her the excitement and independence of choosing something that was completely her own.
