5th Annual House of the Good Shepherd Wine Tasting & Food Pairing Gala

The “Wine All You Want” Wine Tasting & Food Pairing Gala will take place on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the historic Fort Schuyler Club 254 Genesee Street, Utica from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

EVENT DETAILS: Guests will enjoy wine stations featuring an array of red, white and dessert wines. Wine will be served by staff from Bremer’s Wine & Liquor and The Vineyard.
ALL NEW Beer tasting station!
Food stations will feature a tantalizing selection of:

• Slow Roasted Round of Beef with red wine jus, dijon béarnaise & rolls


• Slow Roasted Turkey Breast with sage mayonnaise & cranberry chutney


• Cheese Display with Fruit Garnish


• Pasta Station with Cheese Tortellini, Penne Pasta with Marinara & Vodka Sauces


• Salad Bar with California Field Greens and Romaine with complements of Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Calamatta Olives, Sweet Red Onion, Roasted Red Peppers & Croutons.
