Drawing will be held November 19, 2012 at The House – you do not need to be present to win.
Tickets will be mailed to you if ordered online. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. All proceeds benefit The House of the Good Shepherd, a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to changing the lives of children.
Rules and Regulations
- Drawing will be held in front of a live audience on November 19, 2012 at the House of the Good Shepherd.
- A total of 1200 tickets will be sold.
- Winner will be contacted by phone and by USP mail from the information on the ticket. Need not be present to win.
- The winner has thirty days to claim the prize or forfeit all claims to prize.
- Trip must be taken by December 31, 2013.
- Ticket sales to Development Staff of the House of the Good Shepherd and Raffle Committee Members are prohibited.
- Any non-negotiable financial instruments and or non US funds will result in voiding of tickets purchased and disqualification from contest.
- Please note: In the unlikely event that at least 600 tickets are not sold, the board of directors of The House reserve the right to draw for a cash prize to be determined by the board in lieu of the trip.
- Prize is a choice of one of 5 trips, (Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa) the opportunity to create your own trip with a budget not to exceed a value of $23,000 or a cash equivalent of $20,000. The trips are based on accommodations for 2 but can be altered. All arrangements will be made by Liberty Travel in New Hartford, NY.
- Winner will receive a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes.
- You must be 18 years of age to participate in this raffle.
- Tickets will be on sale on May 19, 2012.
- Tickets purchased on or before July 23rd, 2012 will be entered in an early bird drawing.
- Tickets will be available by visiting the House of the Good Shepherd website, www.hgs-utica.com or by mailing an order form to HGS Development Office at 620 French Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413.
